Easy and Quick Healthy Egg Breakfast!!!
I wanted to share a quick, easy and healthy breakfast idea that I make for myself all the time. In a small bowl I add 1 egg and 1 egg white and beat them together- then I add in a dash of garlic powder, some salt-free Mr’s Dash ( any flavor you like ) and some ground black pepper and mix to combine. Then I add in either coconut oil or use coconut oil cooking spray to a pan on low heat. Next I add the egg mixture and a handful of baby arugula and scramble until done! I sometimes also add in a pinch of parmesan cheese if I feel like getting crazy. :) HAHAHA
THIS IS SO GOOD AND EASY!!!
