
Banana, Peanut Butter and Strawberry Kabobs!!!!
It’s summer and when I’m craving something sweet for desert or a snack I try to go for fruit! :) To step the fruit up a notch I like to add peanut butter and stack them on cake pop sticks. These fruit kabobs are so easy, delicious and they satisfy my sweet tooth but in a much healthier way than candy. I also make these as snack for my daughter and her friends and the presentation wins them over every time. :)
Here is what you need:
Bananas – cut into slices
Healthy Peanut Butter – whatever kind you like ( or Almond Butter )
Strawberries – washed and sliced
Cake Pops Sticks – I got these at Target
Just add some peanut butter to the top of the banana slice and then top that with a strawberry and repeat! This is a great way to get your kids into the kitchen to help prepare something healthy and fun to eat.
