
Banana, Vanilla Yogurt and Cinnamon Popsicles
The weather is getting warmer and that means my daughter is going to want a cold treat to cool her down. I love to make my own popsicles and I try to come up with new recipes for them all the time. I decided to use the bananas that were about to go bad and create a sweet treat that was healthy and delicious! :)
Here is what you need:
2 ripe bananas
1 – 5.3 oz vanilla greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Popsicles molds- I got these on Amazon.com
Food processor or blender
So easy, just add all the ingredients and blend until smooth and place in the freezer for a few hours. This recipe makes 3 popsicles, I have one child I did not need more than that but you can double this recipe. :)
