Bikini Ready Snack I Love !!
The warmer weather is almost here and I have been changing my snacking habits to make sure I am bikini ready. I have my new favorite food combination and I am truly addicted to this light but filling bowl of deliciousness. I take either heirloom or any other ripe tomatoes- chopped, 4oz of low fat cottage cheese, 1/2 of avocado either cubed or smashed and some salt and pepper and place it in a bowl. Once my bowl is created I top it with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a few dashes of red wine vinegar. I am telling you this may seem strange but the combination of flavors is so good and good for you.
So, if you’re trying to slim down for bikini weather put down the chips and try this and I promise you won’t be disappointed!!!! :)
