I wanted to share a favorite snack of mine when I’m trying to beat the heat this summer with something refreshing! I love frozen grapes as a healthy snack when I’m hanging out on my back deck or visiting Florida and laying out by the pool. Not only is this snack delicious, but grapes are packed with vitamin K, vitamin C , vitamin B, manganese, potassium and many more phytonutrients! Make sure to clean and rinse the grapes well then pat them dry then stick them in the freezer until firm. I hope you and your family enjoy this frozen treat as much as Laila and I do!!!!
