Spring is almost here and it is time to get back on track with healthy snacking during the day and even late at night! My new favorites healthy snack it non- fat greek yogurt of any kind with fresh berries and a handful of Muesli! This snack it not only super tasty, but easy to make and it helps keep you full between meals. :) Bikini season is almost here and we all know after the holidays it can be hard to get bak on track. Try this snack during the day or when you are craving something sweet after dinner and I promise you will be hooked!
