My Favorite Thanksgiving Entertaining Finds!

November is finally here and Thanksgiving is right around the corner. I love this time of year when the leaves are changing and everyone is in a festive mood. Thanksgiving is my favorite time to spend with my daughter and my mom cooking all day and sharing some laughs. Laila my daughter always makes the pumpkin pie, my mom does the sweet potatoes and I do almost everything else! :) The table setting is always a very important part of our Thanksgiving tradition. My mom loves to make the table extra special with  tall candles, fancy napkin rings and runners, crystal stemware and the fancy silverware. :) The funniest part of the day is when we all sit down and eat so fast because we are so excited and starving, and my mom won’t let anybody get up from the table when we are done. Mom always says ” it took all day to cook it so everyone is going to sit here for a while and spend time at the table” hahahaha we really just want to get up and lay down because at that point we all have a major food buzz. Well, having said all that I did some online shopping for everyone to find some of my favorite entertaining pieces for your special day with your family!

First stop Williams Sonoma – I always gear towards them when looking for high-end pieces that are classic and well made. They had great serving platters, turkey trays, gravy dishes and gorgeous plates and tableware.

Next I looked at Crate and Barrel and they never disappoint as well for great table ideas and products that are versatile yet pretty. The had stemless wine glasses, large turkey serving trays, pumpkin bowls and serving bowls and tableware that was simple and elegant.

Pier One was up next and I went there to find more affordable pieces that also had a festive vibe for your table. They also had great turkey dinner plates, napkins and napkin rings that were beautiful, stemless classes with cute sayings and pumpkin accents pieces.

Last but defiantly not least, I had to check out Target for affordable entertaining that had purpose and function.  They had serving trays , roasting pans, pumpkin plates and lots or party supplies that were decorative and fun.

I hope this post has inspired you to go shopping for your Thanksgiving day table settings and helped give you some ideas on where to go to find those pieces for your table that will create memories for years to come! :)
