Nutella Popsicles!!!!!

My daughter Laila loves Nutella and yesterday she was craving something to eat with it. So, I thought its so hot outside why don’t we make popsicles with it and we did and they were amazing!!!! Here is what I did : 1 cup unsweetened almond milk , 1/4 cup Nutella and put it in a blender and mix until it looks like chocolate milk . Next I poured it into plastic popsicle molds (I got these on Amazon.com and love them) and put them in the freezer for a few hours and thats it!! This recipe makes 4 popsicles ( I have one child that’s all we needed :) ) but you can double the recipe and make more.  I hope I have inspired you to try something new and delicious!

    Ok I’ve been thinking about this… I always keep frozen uncooked shrimp in my freezer because its so fast and easy! Look at my Roasted Shrimp Recipe –
    so quick just take olive oil and toss with any herbs you have and bake in the oven and they are done in minutes. You could put them over brown rice, pasta or just some lettuce and veggies and make a salad before you go! Depending on what you consume on your night out you may need the carbs if so then skip the salad! :)
