Instructions
  1. Cook Basmati rice to package instructions ( I add 1 tbsp butter to the water) and set aside.
  2. Next, cut your Ahi Tuna into cubes and place them in a bowl and add the marinade. Toss the cubes in the marinade to coat and then place it in the refrigerator while you build your bowl. Then, add your rice, avocado, carrots, seaweed salad and last your tuna with the sauce and top with toasted sesame seeds and serve! (I make two bowls out of this)
  3. These are great for the summer and you can use salmon instead of tuna or both! I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do. :)
