Ahi Tune Poke Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 4-6 oz piece Ahi Tuna sushi grade
- 1 cup Basmati rice you can use plain white rice also
Marinade for Tuna
- 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1/8 teaspoon honey
- 1/8 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
Extra for the bowl
- 1 pack store bought seaweed salad
- 1 avocado diced inside and scoped out
- carrots or cucumber chopped or sliced
- 1-2 tbsp sesame seeds toasted

Instructions
- Cook Basmati rice to package instructions ( I add 1 tbsp butter to the water) and set aside.
- Next, cut your Ahi Tuna into cubes and place them in a bowl and add the marinade. Toss the cubes in the marinade to coat and then place it in the refrigerator while you build your bowl. Then, add your rice, avocado, carrots, seaweed salad and last your tuna with the sauce and top with toasted sesame seeds and serve! (I make two bowls out of this)
- These are great for the summer and you can use salmon instead of tuna or both! I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do. :)
