Instructions
  1. Over medium heat add oil and and onion and a pinch of salt and cook about 5 minutes then add in the garlic and cook for another 2 minutes
  2. Next add in the ground turkey , ginger, radishes , bell pepper and some salt and pepper and cook until meat is no longer pink
  3. Next add in the water chestnuts, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and hoisin sauce and cook about 5 minutes or until all the flavors are combined - turn off the heat and set aside
  4. On a baking sheet or dish spray bottom with cooking spray. Rub each mushroom with a little olive oil and stuff them each with the turkey mixture
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until mushroom is cooked and filling is browned on the top
