Baked Asparagus and Tomatoes with Parmesan

Ingredients
- 1 pack fresh asparagus tips you can find these pre-cut now in the produce section it is a great time saver
- 1/2 pint cherry tomatoes rinsed and halved
- 1/2 teaspoon organic garlic powder
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil more if needed
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- I like to make these as individual servings - so using small baking dishes coat each one with a little extra virgin olive oil. Next, place the asparagus tips over the top of the oil in each dish and season with salt and pepper.
- Next, add in the tomatoes and season them with a bit of salt and pepper as well. Then sprinkle over the top the garlic powder and some parmesan cheese.
- Then before baking drizzle the other tbsp of the olive oil over the top and bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes.
- This is one of my favorite side dishes for a date night at home or a dinner party because it is so easy and each person gets there own dish. :)
