  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and drizzle a baking sheet with 1 tbsp of the extra virgin olive oil. Next, line up the drumsticks on the baking sheet - every other one facing a different direction to make sue you can fit them all on there. Then drizzle the remaining 2 tbsp of olive oil all over the top of the drumsticks.
  2. Next, is a small mixing bowl add all the rub ingredients and mix well to combine. Then sprinkle the rub mixture all over the drumsticks coating each one generously. Then zest the lemon over the tops of each drumstick as well.
  3. Then bake the drumsticks for 25 minutes and then flip them over and bake for an additional 25 minutes. Last, transfer them to a serving tray and sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!
  4. I like to squeeze the lemon wedges over my drumsticks before eating them for added flavor and my daughter who is 13 LOVES this recipes. :)
