Instructions
  1. For the meatballs : In a large mixing bowl add all the ingredients EXCEPT the turkey and mix well. Then add in the ground turkey last and mix well but don't over mix. Next, spray a baking sheet with olive oil cooking spray and spray a bit on top of the meatballs and bake them at 375 degrees for 20 minutes turning half way through.
  2. For the tomato sauce: Add the oil to a pot with the oregano, crushed red pepper and some salt and pepper and cook a few minutes. Then add in the tomatoes crushing them with the potato peeler and cook for about 10 minutes while the meatballs are cooking and then add the baked meatballs to the sauce and cook a few more minutes and serve!
  3. I created these the other night and they are by far my favorite meatball recipe!!!! I top them with some flat leaf parsley and serve with gluten free pasta. :)
