Baked Parmesan and Thyme Chicken Tenders

Instructions
  1. Set up a dredging station with 3 bowls : One bowl with the flour – one bowl with the beaten egg – one bowl with the breadcrumbs, cheese and thyme all mixed together in it. Season each side of the chicken tenders with salt and pepper and also season the flour with it as well. Take each chicken tender and first lightly coat it in the flour – then coat it in the egg and then inside the breadcrumb mixture and transfer to a baking sheet lined with foil and coated in olive oil then drizzle the rest of the oil over the top of each tender ( this will help it brown in the oven)
  2. Bake at 475 begrees for about 12 minutes or until no longer pink inside and golden brown on the outside – I flip them half way through
  3. In a pot on medium heat add the marinara, thyme, goat cheese and some pepper and heat about 5 minutes until warmed through
  4. Serve the chicken tenders with the dipping sauce and enjoy! My daughter loves these!!!
