Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl add the egg, bread crumbs, pesto and some salt and pepper and mix well to combine. Then add in the ground turkey and mix well but don't over mix. :)
  2. Next pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Then roll the meatballs ( might be sticky - just dip your hands in a little water to make it easier if needed ) and place them on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with extra olive oil cooking spray.
  3. Next drizzle some extra virgin olive oil over the top of the meatballs to help them brown in the oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and golden brown! I flip these halfway through to make sure each side is brown and enjoy!!!
  4. These are so delicious plain but you could add them to sauce or anything else you want!
