  1. Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees
  2. Place the chicken pieces in a bowl and add a pinch of salt and pepper ( you don't need much because the ranch seasoning has a lot of flavor) then sprinkle over some of the flour and toss until the chicken pieces are lightly coated
  3. Next add the beaten egg to a bowl and take a few chicken pieces at a time and toss them in the egg mixture - then in another bowl add in the breadcrumb with the ranch seasoning and mix well.
  4. Next drop in a few pieces at a time to the breadcrumb mixture and then transfer them to a baking sheet lined with foil and sprayed with cooking spray. Once all the chicken pieces are on the baking sheet spray the top of them with some more of the cooking spray
  5. Bake them in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown on top and cooked through and enjoy!
  6. My daughter likes these dipped in more ranch (low fat ranch I get in the produce section ) - its a lot of flavor - LOL :) But I think they are best just plain!
