  1. In a mixing bowl add the chicken tenders and season with some salt and pepper. Then add in the buttermilk ranch dressing and toss to coat. Place the tenders in the refrigerator and let them marinate at least 30 minutes or longer.
  2. Pre-heat the oven to 425 degrees and then drizzle the olive oil on a baking sheet and add the chicken tenders. Top each chicken tender with a bit of the bread crumbs and bake for about 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
  3. These tenders are so easy and delicious, they are a new favorite at my house! :)
