First, mix all your marinade ingredients in a small bowl and add it to a large Ziploc bag with the chicken thighs. Place the marinating thighs in the refrigerator for an hour if you have time, if not at least 30 minutes.
Then add the chicken thighs to a cast iron pan with the olive oil and cook on medium- high heat for about 3 minutes per side to get a brown crust.
Then transfer the browned thighs to the stove and cook at 425 degrees for 20 minutes and enjoy!
This is such and easy recipe and you can serve it with rice or vegetables and it is a favorite in my house!
