Baked Sesame Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
- 1 5 pack boneless chicken thighs
- 2 TBSP pure sesame oil
- 4 TBSP low sodium soy sauce
- 2 TBSP rice wine vinager
- 2 TBSP chicken broth
- 1 TBSP light brown sugar
- 1 TBSP garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon siracha hot sauce
- 1 TBSP black sesame seeds
- 2 TBSP toasted sesame seeds
- 1-2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- First, mix all your marinade ingredients in a small bowl and add it to a large Ziploc bag with the chicken thighs. Place the marinating thighs in the refrigerator for an hour if you have time, if not at least 30 minutes.
- Then add the chicken thighs to a cast iron pan with the olive oil and cook on medium- high heat for about 3 minutes per side to get a brown crust.
- Then transfer the browned thighs to the stove and cook at 425 degrees for 20 minutes and enjoy!
- This is such and easy recipe and you can serve it with rice or vegetables and it is a favorite in my house!
