  1. In a large mixing bowl add the milk, egg white, cheese, herbs, grated onion, garlic, breadcrumbs and some salt and pepper and mix well to combine – then add in the ground chicken and mix well
  2. Then in a pan on medium high heat add olive oil and take about 1 tablespoon of the chicken mixture and roll it in your hands and carefully place the meatballs in the pan ( this is messy bc mixture will be sticky but it’s worth it :) turn them once while cooking to make sure all sides get a brown crust on them- do not cook them all the way- once both sides have browned your going to transfer them to the sauce
  3. In a large pot on medium heat add in the marinara sauce and 1 cup of chicken stock and start to warm up the sauce – then carefully add in the meatballs and continue to cook them in the sauce – I cover them and let them go about an hour or so bc I think the longer they cook the better but they will be cooked through in about 25-30 minutes. Transfer them to serving bowl and enjoy!
  4. I serve these with gluten free or whole grain pasta but you can make meatballs subs with them or anything you like :)
