  1. Toast your slice of bread - and boil your egg - 8 minutes and then rinse with cold water and peel and slice. In a small pan add your turkey sausage slices and cook about 1 minute per side and set aside.
  2. Season your tomato and egg slices with salt and pepper. Next, add the mayo to the bread and build your sandwich and serve.
  3. This is the perfect breakfast sandwich and its's healthy!
