Black Bean Hummus with Spinach Bat Tortilla Chips

Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can black beans rinsed and drained
- 2 tbsp Tahini sauce
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 lemon the juice
- salt and pepper
- light sour cream for spider web garnish
Spinach Bat Tortilla Chips
- 2 large spinach and herb tortillas using a bat cookie cutter - I got mine at Target
- extra virgin olive oil spray
- pinch of salt

Instructions
- For the Bat Chips - Cut the tortilla into bat shapes and spray a baking sheet with the olive oil cooking spray and then place them on the sheet and spray the tops as well. Bake at 375 degrees for 6 minutes and add a pinch of salt when they are done and set aside. ( you can make these the day before and stop them in a ziploc bag )
- For the Hummus: Add beans, garlic, cumin, lemon juice, tahini, olive oil and some salt and pepper and blend until smooth and then transfer to a serving dish with the chips.
- Then, add the sour cream to a ziploc bag and cut the tip of the corner and squeeze to make the spider web and enjoy! This hummus is so good it is great for all year round but spooky enough for Halloween! :)
