  1. Cook pasta to the instructions on the box drain and set aside - saving some reserved pasta water. Next heat about 2 tablespoons of the oil in a pan and add the ham, asparagus and some salt and pepper and cook about 5 minutes and then add in the pasta, lemon juice and the tomatoes and cook another 3 minutes and then add in a bit more pepper and the parmesan and mozzarella cheese, basil and pasta water if needed to create more of a sauce.
  2. Once all the ingredients are warmed through transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle the rest of the olive oil over the top and serve! This pasta is light and delicious and a great use of left over ham!
