Breakfast Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 thin crust pizza dough ( Phillsbury )
- 1-2 tablespoons light cream cheese
- 4 slices of turkey bacon - cooked then chopped
- 4 large eggs- beaten
- 1 cup cheddar or 4 cheese blend - shredded
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- cooking spray
- salt and pepper

- Place pizza dough on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray and sprinkle the oregano over the top - pre-bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes ( per package instructions ) and then take out of the oven
- Next scramble the eggs in a pan with the cooking spray, salt and pepper and set aside to cool. Then in another pan cook the turkey bacon and set that aside to cool and then chop it into small pieces.
- Next spread the cream cheese over the warm dough until you get a thin layer - add as much as you like and then top it with the cooked egg, cooked turkey bacon and the cheese .
- Place the pizza back into the oven for anohter 10 minutes and enjoy! My daughter loves this for breakfast and I make it when I have company staying too its delicious!
