  1. In a large mixing bowl add the egg, bread crumbs, 1/2 TBSP hot sauce, chopped celery, carrot, garlic powder and mix to combine.
  2. Next, add in the ground chicken and season with salt and pepper and mix with a spoon to combine.
  3. Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees spray a baking sheet with the cooking spray. Then with a teaspoon, scoop out some of the mixture and roll small bit size meatballs with your hands and place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Next, spray the top of the meatballs with some more of the cooking spray and bake for 15 minutes and I flip them once half way through.
  5. Once the meatballs are cooked through take them put an place in a mixing bowl with more Franks hot sauce - use as much or little as you like.
  6. Last, transfer the meatballs to a serving tray and drizzle them with ranch or blue cheese. I like to decorate the tray with carrot and celery and serve with small plastic forks! Theses are great for a party and for football season !!!
