Bake Prosciutto on a baking sheet at 375 for about 12-15 minutes until crispy. Take it out of the oven and break into pieces once it is cool - it will get crisper as it sits.
Next, in a small mixing bowl add the dressing ingredients and whisk well to combine.
Last, add the cantaloupe cubes to a serving tray with the prosciutto and Burrata cheese and top with the dressing and some basil and enjoy!
This by far one of my favorite salads I created and my 13 year old daughter even loves it! :)
