Make the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
Next, blanch the broccoli in a pot of boiling water for 3 minutes and then rinse with cold water and set aside.
In a sauté pan add the olive oil and set on medium/ high heat and add the chicken pieces and season with the garlic powder, onion powder and some salt and pepper . Cook stirring around about 6 minutes until no longer pink but not cooked all the way through and set aside.
