Chicken, Hummus and Feta on Sprouted Rye
Ingredients
- 2 healthy bread slices ( I use Trader Joe's Sprouted Rye - its awesome!! )
- 4 healthy chicken deli slices
- 1 tbsp reduced fat feta cheese
- 2 tbsp traditional hummus
- 1 piece lettuce
- Pepper

- In a small mixing bowl combine the hummus, feta cheese and some black pepper and mix well to combine
- Next spread the hummus mixture on both slices, then add the chicken and lettuce and enjoy!
- This is a great healthy sandwich for lunch!!
