Creamy Brussels Sprout and Artichoke Salad

Ingredients
- 1 9 oz bag sliced and shaved brussels sprouts can find these already done for you in the store now
- 1 6 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts drained and chopped
- 1 tbsp mayo light or regular use what you have
- 1/2 tbsp good store bought pesto
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar use more if you like to taste
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl add the mayo, pesto, chopped artichokes and the red wine vinegar and toss well to combine.
- Next, add in the brussels sprouts and season with some salt and pepper and toss to combine checking for seasoning.
- Transfer the salad to a serving bowl and enjoy! This recipe is so easy, fast and delicious!
