Instructions
- First mix you sauce ingredients and make sure you taste it. I sometimes add more sesame oil so make sure you mix it to how you like it.
- Next, make sure you rinse, drain and set your beans on a clean kitchen towel or paper towels and let dry for a bit. Then pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees while your beans are drying.
- Then is a medium size mixing bowl add your garbanzo beans and you asian sauce and mix well to combine. I usually toss them around for a while to make sure everything is coated and that the sauce is absorbed into the beans.
- Next, place the coated beans on a baking sheet lined with foil and make sure to spread them out a bit so that that they roast and get crispy. Bake them for about 30 -35 minutes depending on your oven.
- When the garbanzo beans are roasting make sure halfway through to toss them around a bit so that they get crispy all over. When they are done they will be golden brown and crunchy so you can taste a few to make sure before you take them out of the oven.
- Once the chickpeas are done, simply transfer them to small serving bowls and enjoy!
