Deviled Eggs with Turkey Bacon and Chives

Ingredients
- 12 organic eggs
- 1/4 cup light mayo
- 2 tbsp light sour cream
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp chives chopped
- 2 tbsp turkey bacon pieces ( you can find these in a bag on the salad dressing aisle of your local grocery store now :)
- salt and pepper

- In a pot of cold water add the eggs - place on stovetop and bring water to a boil and cook the eggs about 8 minutes then drain and rinse under cold water - peel them and cut in half and put the cooked yolk in a large mixing bowl
- In the mixing bowl add the mayo, sour cream, turkey bacon, chives, mustard and season with salt and pepper to taste
- Next fill each half of the egg whites with the yolk mixture top with chives and serve!
