  1. In a pot of cold water add the eggs - place on stovetop and bring water to a boil and cook the eggs about 8 minutes then drain and rinse under cold water - peel them and cut in half and put the cooked yolk in a large mixing bowl
  2. In the mixing bowl add the mayo, sour cream, turkey bacon, chives, mustard and season with salt and pepper to taste
  3. Next fill each half of the egg whites with the yolk mixture top with chives and serve!
