I always boil 7 eggs to fill 6 eggs because I like a lot of filling in each :)
Boil eggs for 8 minutes and then rinse them under cold water and peel off the shell.
Next slice each egg in half and put the yolk into a mixing bowl. Then add in the rest of the ingredients but go easy on the salt because the dill pickle is salty too so just add a pinch and mix well to combine.
Last fill each egg with the mixture and serve! I created this recipe for Labor Day and we don't always have a ton of people over so we don't always need 12 eggs! :) ( well 13) Hahahaha
