  1. In a pot of cold water add the egg - place on stovetop and bring water to a boil and cook the egg about 8 minutes then drain and rinse under cold water - peel it and chop it and place in a mixing bowl
  2. In the mixing bowl add, mayo, mustard, shredded radishes, and salt and pepper to taste - meanwhile toast the english muffin in the toaster oven then take it out and set aside
  3. Top english muffin with lettuce, tomato and egg salad and enjoy! I make this for breakfast all the time its so easy but delicious!
