Instructions
  1. In a pot of water add the eggs and bring to a boil for 8 minutes and then rinse under cold water, peel and slice and set aside
  2. With a round cookie cutter cut a circle out of the bread and spread the butter on top and begin to toast - half way through add the cheese and keep toasting until the cheese melts.
  3. Meanwhile cook the turkey back for a few minutes on each side in a pan on medium heat and then drain on paper towels and cut each piece in half.
  4. Then simply build your stack, start with the toast top with tomatoes ( season with salt and pepper ) and then add the bacon and then the egg ( again season with salt and pepper and repeat then enjoy!!!
  5. I love this for breakfast and I make it for friends because its healthy but looks fancy! :)
