Grilled Teriyaki Shrimp and Pineapple Skewers
Ingredients
- 10 "easy peel" extra large raw frozen shrimp defrosted and peeled and tail taken off
- 1 small pack cubed pineapple
Teriyaki Marinade
- 2 TBSP extra virgin oilve oil
- 1 & 1/2 TBSP Teriyaki sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pinch Crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon juice from the pineapple cubes there is always juice at the bottom use that

Instructions
- First prep your shrimp and get your ingredients together for the marinade. Then simply add those ingredients a small mixing bowl and whisk well to combine.
- Next, add your shrimp to a bowl with the marinade and toss well to combine. Marinate this for at least 30 minutes, however I did mine for an hour.
- Then simply build your skewers, start with the pineapple cube first as a base and I usually do 5 shrimp per skewer.
- Once the grill is hot, spray it with some cooking spray and then place each skewer on the grill and cook them for about 2 1/2 minutes per side flipping once with the gill closed.
- Once the shrimp is cooked through, remove them fro the grill and place on a serving tray and enjoy!
- This recipe is so easy and can be served over a salad, with rice or anything else you love. These skewers are so good and perfect for the warm summer evenings. I hope you love them as much as I do! :)
