Healthy “BLT” with Egg
Ingredients
- 2 slices Sprouted Multi- Grain bread ( I used Trader Joe's brand its amazing )
- 2 slices turkey bacon cooked
- 2 slices large tomato
- 1 slice light cheese ( I used cheddar )
- 1 large piece of romaine lettuce
- 1 hard boiled egg sliced
- 1 tbsp light mayo
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- In a pan on medium heat cook your turkey bacon about 5 minutes and set aside
- In a small pot add water and 1 egg and bring to a boil and cook about 8 minutes - rinse with cool water peel and slice and set aside
- Meanwhile put toast in toaster oven and top one side with the light cheese so it melts while toast is being cooked
- Once toast is done top with mayo, lettuce, egg, bacon and tomato and enjoy!
