  1. In a pan on medium heat cook your turkey bacon about 5 minutes and set aside
  2. In a small pot add water and 1 egg and bring to a boil and cook about 8 minutes - rinse with cool water peel and slice and set aside
  3. Meanwhile put toast in toaster oven and top one side with the light cheese so it melts while toast is being cooked
  4. Once toast is done top with mayo, lettuce, egg, bacon and tomato and enjoy!
