Heirloom Tomato and Mozzarella Stack

Ingredients
- 3 Heirloom tomatos different colors - sliced
- fresh basil leaves chopped
- fresh mozzarella ball sliced
- 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- Cut a thick slice from each tomato and a slice from Mozzarella and layer them - season each layer with a little salt and pepper while stacking.
- In a small bowl add olive oil, white balsamic vinegar and salt & pepper and whisk together - pour the dressing over the stacks top with fresh basil and enjoy!
