Herbed Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients
- 1 spaghetti
- 1 tbsp light butter
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1-2 tbsp chives chopped
- 1 tbsp flat leaf parsley chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh basil chopped
- 1 tbsp grated parmesean cheese
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- Cut the spaghetti squash in half - scrape out the seeds and rub it with the olive oil and some salt and pepper. Next, place it cut side down on a baking sheet and bake it at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes. Then with a fork scrape the inside out to make spaghetti like strands and set aside.
- In a large sauté pan add the butter, spaghetti squash, herbs, cheese and some more salt and pepper and het until warmed through and serve!
