Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl add all the marinade ingredients and whisk well to combine. Check this for taste and add more honey if you like it sweeter or more hot sauce for more heat. I always taste my marinade before I add it to anything just to make sure the flavors are exactly right. Then pour HALF of the marinade over the shrimp in a large ziploc bag and put it in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes. Save the reserved other half of the marinade to the side for when your ready to cook the shrimp.
- Next, add the shrimp to a large sauté pan and discard the marinade in the ziploc bag. Then cook the shrimp for about 2 minutes on the first side and flip them over and continue to cook.
- Next, once you have flipped the shrimp over add the other half of the reserved marinade to the sauté pan and fishing cooking for about 3 more minutes. When the shrimp are done cooking make sure to stir them all around to make sure they are evenly coated.
- Then simply transfer the to a serving tray and sprinkle them with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds and enjoy!
- This shrimp recipe is so easy and delicious and can be served for dinner or made as an appetizer.
- My daughter loves this recipe and I hope your family enjoys it as much as mine does.
