  1. Add the chicken to the marinade of soy, honey, ginger, brown sugar, chili paste, oil and let it marinate in the refrigerate for 2 hours or longer.
  2. Then add the marinated chicken to a skillet on medium high heat and cook for about 6 minutes per side or until the chicken is no longer pink.
  3. The sauce will thicken and look like this and don't worry if the sauce burns a little on the sides because its suppose to be thick and sticky.
  4. Then simply transfer to a serving bowl, I serve mine over jasmine rice and top with scallions and black sesame sees and enjoy!
