Korean Style Sticky Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken tenders cut into bite size pieces
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup organic honey
- 1 TBSP light brown sugar
- 1 TBSP ginger
- 5 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 & 1/2 TBSP Asian Chili Garlic Paste
- 1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
- scallion chopped for garnish
- black sesame seeds garnish

Instructions
- Add the chicken to the marinade of soy, honey, ginger, brown sugar, chili paste, oil and let it marinate in the refrigerate for 2 hours or longer.
- Then add the marinated chicken to a skillet on medium high heat and cook for about 6 minutes per side or until the chicken is no longer pink.
- The sauce will thicken and look like this and don't worry if the sauce burns a little on the sides because its suppose to be thick and sticky.
- Then simply transfer to a serving bowl, I serve mine over jasmine rice and top with scallions and black sesame sees and enjoy!
