  1. Mix all the marinade ingredients together and pour it into a large plastic bag with the pork tenderloin and marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  2. Then pre- heat your oven to 350 degrees. Next, in a large sauté pan on high heat add the tenderloin and cook it for about 4 minutes per side to get a nice sear on it. Then transfer the pork to a loaf size pan and place it in the oven for another 30 minutes until it's done.
  3. Cooks tip : Add a little water to it in the oven when you check it if it looks a little dry - this will also create a sauce that you can serve on the side with it. :)
