Instructions
- For the Chips- Cut the tortillas with a pizza cutter into triangles and place them on a baking sheet sprayed with olive oil. Next, spray the tops of the chips with more olive oil spray and sprinkle bagel seasoning over the top. Bake at 375 for about 8 minutes until golden brown and set aside.
- Then mix the cream cheese, greek yogurt, oregano, garlic, basil and some salt and pepper and mix well to combine. Then spray some olive oil spray on the bottom of a baking dish and top with the in a cheese mixture.
- Next, I like to add a layer of the turkey pepperoni and then top that with the pizza sauce and completely cover it.
- Then on top of the pizza sauce, I sprinkle a little parmesan cheese, then the mozzarella and then some more turkey pepperoni. I used a heart cookie cutter on this step for Valentine's Day but you can skip this step. :)
- Then simply bake this dip at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until warmed all the way through and bubbly on top. This dip with the chips is a huge hit in my house and I hope your family likes it as much as mine does!
