Mango Guacamole

Ingredients
- 1 -2 large avocados scooped out
- 1/4 cup Mango I used a red mango - peeled and chopped
- 1-2 TBSP Cilantro as much as you like to taste
- 1 small lime juice
- 1 teaspoon light sour cream
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and smash with a fork until everything is combined and season to taste.
- Simple transfer your guacamole to a serving dish and serve with your favorite healthy tortilla chips!
- The recipe is very flexible and you can use as much avocado and mango as you like to taste and it is so light and yummy!
