Maple Mustard Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
- 5 boneless chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp organic maple syrup
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil and some olive oil cooking spray
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees and then spray the bottom of a baking dish with some extra virgin olive oil spray. Next, place the chicken in the dish and season with some salt and pepper.
- Then in a small bowl add the oil, mustard, garlic powder and maple syrup and mix well to combine. Then with a spoon top each chicken thigh with some of the maple mustard mixture.
- Bake this in the oven for 35 minutes and they should be perfect but check to make sure the until the juices run clear and enjoy!
- This recipe is so easy to make for a week night dinner and is absolutely delicious! :)
