Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees and then spray the bottom of a baking dish with some extra virgin olive oil spray. Next, place the chicken in the dish and season with some salt and pepper.
  2. Then in a small bowl add the oil, mustard, garlic powder and maple syrup and mix well to combine. Then with a spoon top each chicken thigh with some of the maple mustard mixture.
  3. Bake this in the oven for 35 minutes and they should be perfect but check to make sure the until the juices run clear and enjoy!
  4. This recipe is so easy to make for a week night dinner and is absolutely delicious! :)
