  1. In a mixing bowl combine all the marinade ingredients and mix well to combine and then pour it over the flank steak - I do this is a large Ziploc bag- place in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  2. Then put your oven on Broil and place the flank steak on a broiler pan and cook about 5-6 minutes on each side depending on the thickness and enjoy! :) I like to garnish this steak with Thai Basil that I keep in my garden.
  3. Cooks Tip: Let the steak rest about 8 minutes covered with foil to stay warm be for cutting it. Also, you must cut this steak ACROSS the grain so it will be tender and not tough. Cutting across the fibers makes them shorter so the meat is easier to chew.
