Marinated Steak Tips

Ingredients
- 1 pack Sirloin Tips I bought these pre-cut in a pack in the meat section- but use what ever kind of steak you like
Steak Marinade
- 1/3 cup extra virgin oilve oil
- 2 TBSP worcestershire sauce
- 2 TBSP low sodium soy sauce
- 1 large clove garlic smashed
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 TBSP chopped flat leaf parsley
- 1 TBSP organic light brown sugar
- 1 small lemon the juice
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- First, take all the marinated ingredients and add them to a bowl and whisk well to combine. Then add the steak tips to a large Ziploc bag and marinate for 4-5 hours. ( remove the smashed garlic before cooking ) Then add the marinated steak tips to a large sauce pan on medium-hight heat.
- Then cook the steak tips for about 3 minutes per side depending on the size of your pieces and the doneness you prefer.
- Make sure you are flipping these tips around to get a good brown color on all sides and then turn off the heat. I like my steak tips medium rare and my daughter likes them medium, so I take the bigger chunks and give her the smaller ones. :)
- Then simply transfer your steak tips to a serving platter or serving board and enjoy! I like to serve these with an arugula salad lightly dressed in a vinaigrette and potatoes.
