Instructions
- First make the steak marinade and pour it into a large ziplock bag and place in the refrigerator for at least and hour. Next add the shrimp and vegetables to separate bowls and add the olive oil, teaspoon garlic powder, teaspoon of soy sauce and salt and pepper and mix well to combine for at least 30 minutes or as long as the steak. Then once everything has marinated place them into bowls and get ready to build your kebabs.
- I like to use a large cutting board and add then two pieces for each protein and mix the mushrooms and zucchini but you can build them however you like.
- Next, add them to the grill and cover the top to cook them about 3-4 minutes per side and they should be perfect. Then simply transfer them to a large tray and enjoy!
- I like to serve them on a large wooden tray and add some fresh parsley over the top and with lemons for the shrimp! The recipe is a go-to recipe for me on warm summer nights and a hit with my friends and family.
