  1. In a small mixing bowl add all the spices and mix well to combine – then put shrimp in a large zip lock bag and add the olive oil to the spice mixture and pour over the shrimp and shake around to coat all the shrimp.
  2. I let them marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes but 15 minutes is okay too – marinate as long as you have want.
  3. Then in a sauté pan on medium heat add the shrimp and cook for about 4 minutes per side or until done and then take off the heat and squeeze the lime juice all over the shrimp.
  4. Transfer to a serving platter and add a side of your favorite salsa and enjoy!
