One Skillet Turkey Taco Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup jared salsa use your favorite
- 1/2 box whole grain Rotini pasta
- 2 cups low sodium chicken broth if you need more liquid add a little water
Easy Taco Seasoning
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 & 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 pinch Black pepper
Topping for Pasta & Extras
- 1 cup Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese add 3/4 to the skillet before serving
- light sour cream
- fresh Cilantro
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- In a large skillet add the olive oil and ground turkey and cook until no longer pink. Then add in the taco seasoning and cook another 2 minutes and then add in the broth, pasta and salsa and mix to combine.
- Next, cover the skillet with a lid and cook about 15 minutes until the pasta is tender and the liquid is gone - check on it halfway and give it a stir.
- Last, add in 3/4 of the cheese and turn off the heat and stir until the cheese is melted. The best part is to serve it and top it with more cheese, sour cream and cilantro and enjoy! :)
