Open Faced Bagel with Goat Cheese, Turkey & Tomato
Ingredients
- 1 half of a bagel ( I use the Thoma's Bagel Thins )
- 2 tbsp goat cheese
- 1 bsp fresh chives chopped
- 1 large tomato slice
- 2 healthy turkey breast slices
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- In a smalll mixing bowl combine the goat cheese and chives and mix well
- Meanwhile, toast your bagel and then take it out and palce on a plate - top the bagel with the goat cheese mixture - then the turkey and then last the tomato
- Top the tomato with some salt and pepper and enjoy! I make this for a quick breakfast alll the time its so delicious and easy!
