  1. In a smalll mixing bowl combine the goat cheese and chives and mix well
  2. Meanwhile, toast your bagel and then take it out and palce on a plate - top the bagel with the goat cheese mixture - then the turkey and then last the tomato
  3. Top the tomato with some salt and pepper and enjoy! I make this for a quick breakfast alll the time its so delicious and easy!
