Parmesan Roasted Asparagus with Pine Nuts

Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh asparagus ends trimmed off and washed
- 1 & 1/2 TBSP extra virgin oilive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder add more if you like
- 2 TBSP pine nuts
- 2 TBSP fresh grated parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper

- In a small baking dish add the asparagus, olive oil, garlic powder, pine nuts, parmesan cheese and some salt and pepper and toss around to coat evenly.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes depending on how thin your asparagus is or how much you like them done. :)
- Once you take the asparagus out, transfer to a serving tray and top with a pinch more parmesan cheese and enjoy!
